"The reception and room staff was always nice and helpful. The restaurant staff, however, seemed to always be in a hurry for someone else. Hard to get waited on and then they didn't deliver one of our parties dinner at all. They had to go make it when we got their attention. Did not offer dessert. Some of the wait staff was very cordial but others needed a course in how to work with the public. Food was good!!"

When I booked the holiday as I didn’t realise the hotel was outside Barcelona, given the close proximity to the airport, I was worried I had made a mistake but we ended up combining the initial plan of city break with a lovely beach holiday in Castelldefels.
