Terrible experience overall. There is no dining option, food and beverage or service in general which is unacceptable given you are in an airport with no restaurant option nearby. Rooms are extremely noisy, it’s absolutely not sound proofed with the room next door. It looks like a business center, not at all an airport hotel…

Booked due to having a very early flight. So it is ideal for this situation. The property looks really nice and is very appealing. However, The beds are not comfy. It is very noisy - can hear people in the corridor, hoovering and other maintenance. Our bathroom wasn’t cleaned to a high standard - tooth paste splatters, hair on the floor and shower, debris on the floor near the shower. Our toilet didn’t flush properly and the hot water on the shower ran out during a shower. If it wasn’t for a very early flight on the morning of check out I would’ve complained.

It’s a bit of a walk, and not so easy to find, but it was perfect for what we needed. We had an overnight layover, arriving in Barcelona at midnight.

Room was nice, quiet and the front desk was excellent. One of the sinks was filled to the brim with water and the bathroom door wouldnt close (sharing a room so we used the trashcan to cloae it) Toilet was not flushing properly. But for the niceness, convience and the breakfast it was a good stay

Very hard to get to .Taxi driver could not find it. Dropped us off where it said. Seep and Drive. But no way to get in. Driver parked taxi and walked back to help us . Had hard time. Asked security. Finally got directions. Long walk. We booked it for convenience but no place near to eat and long way to check in. Hotel great and great breakfast

Barcelona airport is extremely busy and this hotel is a great option for early morning takeoff. Nice, clean rooms. Friendly, helpful staff (thank you Nofia), and a very nice breakfast is included. Note: Airlines in Terminal 1 are a fairly short walk, and you have to take a bus to airlines in Terminal 2.

Perfect location for an early flight but pricey.

The location couldn't be better for airport access (a 5 min walk max and all inside). The early breakfast (starts at 4am) was also a bonus. Expensive (probably over-priced) but the ease of access was the major appeal. As others have noted, the hotel is in need some minor TLC, eg the bathroom door would not close properly without a suitcase to keep it shut.

No Frills Convenient Location Stay

We stayed here for convenience. Location is inside the airport (right as you exit arrivals) We expectec a no frills hotel for 1 night and it was convenient, no frills. AC was cool which is always a PLUS in Europe. The showers in the early AM ran out of hot water... hence the 3 stars.

Front desk (Javi and woman) were great! Javi helped me in January with my reservation! Breakfast guy was not on top of his job- breakfast buffet had no scrambled eggs for almost an hour. Coffee machine was almost out of water & milk. There were 8 dirty tables. He was busy in Premium Lounge, where there were no people. I spotted a full pan of eggs there! Then he told me I couldn’t be in there (even though I was a paying guest) Bad attitude!!
