"Hôtel bien situé dans le quartier gothique. Chambre de petite dimension propre et fonctionnelle. Près de plusieurs attractions touristiques et restaurants. Déjeuner buffet extraordinaire. Bon accueil. Chambre prête avant l’heure. On a adoré!"

"Staffs were very accommodating. The place was clean and quiet even though our room was right next to the main road. The restaurant was convenient; food was so so. The hotel is definitely safe with a lot of police men & women having their coffee break. There are many restaurants just around the corner but Can Nostre Cafe was our choice, Paella and Fish & chip were excellent. We will stay here next time when we come back."

"Nuestra estancia NO fue agradable, el aseo de nuestra habitación dejó que desear. Se notó que las tazas de café solo las enjuagan, no las cambian pues use una para una medicina pegajosa y en la noche tenía un poco pegado al fondo, y la cucharita pegajosa!!! Las fundas se zafan de las almohadas, mismas que no tienen una funda propia y se ven las almohadas tal cual son, muy desagradable. La regadera salpica tanto que moja el papel de baño y todo el piso. Se acabaron los kleenex y no los repusieron hasta el tercer día y eso porque les dejé una nota. Dejamos un vaso usado de un brandy que nos trajeron del bar y nunca lo recogieron. En cuanto a la habitación, se ve que medio lo “modernizaron” pero bastante chafo, las puertas del closet no cierran y así muchos, muchos detalles que yo no puedo considerarlo arriba de un hotel tres estrellas."

"The hotel was in an excellent and safe location, we could walk to most places or take the close by subway. The room was spacious and the balcony and windows that opened allowed for enjoying fresh air and scenery while in the room. The breakfast buffet was delicious and all staff were friendly, polite and welcoming. I would definitely choose to stay here again!"

"Room and bed size are good, cleanliness 10/10, staff responsive and helpful. Spa is nice small pool and sauna , steam room was not working so didn’t get to try that. We had dinner at nobu that was overpriced and not worth it didnt enjoy the food (I do like Japanese food generally). However I don’t eat sushi or raw fish so this may be appreciated by those that do. When we arrived two of the bed slats were on the floor staff fixed the issue when we brought it to their attention. No issues after that with the bed. Good customer service. Hotel has a nice vibe. Would stay again and eat elsewhere."

"The hotel is situated in an excellent, central location and the rooftop terrace view was out of this world! The breakfast was exceptional…12/10! Saying that, couldn’t ever reach front desk, mould in the shower (ceiling and floor) and the paint was peeling in the shower, water sprays on the floor despite efforts to guide the shower head, and there were no face cloths. Lastly, only one English Channel on the tv and the light by the door is in the way when trying to open it for fresh air."

"Regarding breakfast, I think they should improve it; there's no variety at all, and the products aren't high quality. I don't think the staff at the front desk are adequately trained to handle any of the paperwork."
