"First time in Barcelona and this was a great pick for a hotel, location was perfect we walked everywhere despite the heat. The room was a great size, bed was comfy, the breakfast was amazing. Air con worked well. What set it above a lot of hotels was the staff, they all need raises they truly were exemplarary from front door/ concierge/ reception /housekeeping / breakfast wait staff. All went over an above. Thank you for an amazing stay in Barcelona. Highly recommend this hotel

"Very clean and modern hotel. Walking to the main attractions. Checked out day was 09/04/25 Thur, Hotel front desk helped to pre booked taxi, which came on time, at 8:20 am, and the driver was walking over to hotel lobby to warmly greet us. The only concern was, at the end of trip to airport T1, the taxi meter showed was 35 EUR ( which was the est price told by hotel front desk), he added supp over 9 EUR, we paid total 45 EUR. Was it a common practice or just because it was a pre booked trip ? If it’s possible, Someone from hotel can reply this message. Thanks a lot."
