Otter Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"This is a wonderful property, comfortable, great view and easy walk (or bus that ran each 15 minutes) and received a well earned 5 stars. Only let down was the restaurant food, so we chose to eat adjacent to our hotel. A superior hotel. "
"Excellent place to stay at Lake Louise village. Highly recommended. We spent 7 nights in this Inn. Lake Louise village is located in strategically convenient place in the park. From this village you can drive everywhere in the park in 20-90 minutes. "
"Excellent service, free perks for Expedia members, and the free transit pass was a pleasant surprise. The Keg restaurant is right in the lobby, nice hot pools and spa. Definitely recommend!"
"A little disappointed to find room did not have AC, however fan was provided that was sufficient for the conditions.
Hot tub and steam room were great.
Excellent breakfast. "
