Our group of 6 had a great stay. Everything we needed was provided and in an excellent location. The staff were helpful, condo was exceptionally clean and we wouldn't hesitate to book again. Our only complaint was no longer having access to the pool at the sister property. That would be a really nice bonus.

We had a really nice stay at Sunset Canmore! The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. The place was comfortable, and we really enjoyed our time here. The one area that could use a little improvement is the cleanliness. When we arrived, there was an opened bar of used soap and some trash left in the trash can, and we noticed a few hairs in the shower. These were minor things and didn’t take away from our overall stay, but a little extra attention to the cleaning would make the experience even better. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend staying here. We’d definitely consider coming back on another trip to Canmore!

We liked it very much. I had read some questionable reviews but most were related to not being able to use the pool or something. We loved the stay. Very clean. Very close to everything you needed. Really helpful staff. However, she is going to tell you about 15 different things so pay attention. There is a lot to know and keep keep track of. Room was big. You could cook and clean and wash clothes.

The unit was spacious and cleans. The views were breathtaking. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and provided all the information we needed. The underground parking was useful. I'd definitely stay at Sunset Resorts again. It felt like an older building, so the walls were a little thin (though this is noted in the information package) but this wasn't a problem as everything was quiet after 11. Overall, it was a great stay! Highly recommended if you need a place to stay while visiting Canmore, Banff, or Jasper.

The staff was really helpful, we had a late check in and we had excellent communication with Joy at the front desk. The room was really clean and comfortable. There was a washer and dryer in the room. Everything we needed was available. Some ceiling tiles in the hallway that were missing and the games room had missing game parts and dead batteries for video games, so we didn’t use the room. The area outside is beautiful! We went for many walks and explored. Canmore is a great place to visit and this hotel was an excellent place to stay.

Meh! Average 3 star at best. Nothing exemplary about the stay Brand new fleet of electric bikes foiling up the lobby if you want to rent a bike from a hotel instead of a bike rental shop. What business are they actually in I wonder.
