"They charge a premium rate of a 5 star hotel but lack the amenities and the view. Our room was so tiny that we barely had room to move and we had the worse room in the hotel. We were in the second floor which was actually the ground floor and our 'balcony' was ground floor level to a street. We couldn't even open our door or sit outside and enjoy a coffee because there was no view at all and we didn't feel safe as anyone can walk into thru the ground floor 'balcony'."
