The 2-bedroom suite in the main hotel was used by our daughter and family. It was very roomy, just like home with a couch, chair, TV and table and 2 chairs. The bedrooms were great with a queen bed in one and a king bed in the other. The kitchen had cooking utensils, a stove and big fridge. Perfect for our needs. There was even a BBQ on the deck. The restaurant was great - we ate there twice. The pool witha waterslide and a kid's pool, along with a beautiful indoor/outdoor hottub was perfect! We would love to stay there again.

Hotel was clean even while under construction. Parking under ground was especially nice to have the vehicle warm and no snow on it. The pool and hot tub area was also nice to relax In at the end of the day. Staff was great to deal with.

Pros: easy parking, within walking distance to a lot of good food, room was clean, the view of the mountains was beautiful, the maintenance man was very nice, and it was dog friendly Cons: it was very loud. We could hear everything our neighbors on the side and above were doing. The room is bare minimum, no table to eat on or play cards. On the morning of checkout we walked to get breakfast and came back at 9AM but our key card wouldn’t let us into the building. I went back to reception to get it fixed and when I came back it still didn’t work. I went back FOUR times because every time it still didn’t work! Our breakfast was cold when we finally got into the room around 9:30 and we had to rush to pack and check out. Not a good last impression!

The room was good and so was the pool. But they charged us another $21 unexpectedly when we checked in. There’s also three different door codes you need, losing the key is $20 and you get 1 towel each per day for the pool (which just seemed like a weird rule). It just felt like there was a lot of rules that weren’t there previously as we have stayed here multiple times before. Most likely won’t book with Grande Rockies again and instead book with one of the other companies that run out of there.
