Great House, Great Location, Great Managers

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks during our vacation to Auckland. The place was very clean, and most importantly the management was very responsive. The check in process was easy and smooth, and overall such a great place to stay with family!

Property is spacious and generally well appointed, while we did have some minor issues which may be one-off (limited supplies of tea, sugar and toilet paper which we had to buy, a couple of external doors were unlocked when we arrived, rubbish bins were full, one of the sofa cushions broken).

Comfortably Modern

The property is great for a big family. It's spacy and cozy with a very convenient and peaceful location. It's near the beach, shops and restaurants. This home is worth going back to.

Family Holoday

Property very nice. Couple of things that could have been better. Wrong Door Code Supplied,soon sorted. Washing Machine kept going into Error Code half way through.Wifi very average and Induction top wasnt working properly,had to use gas top in sculery.Otherwise all was good

The house was lovely and well presented, however there were a few things broken when we arrived including kitchen light, the double bed down stairs which we didn't realized until the next morning, the bed screws fell out and we could see it had been duck taped by previous tenants or owner, my son had to put his suitcase under it to keep it from completely breaking, we didn't report this at the time due to the busyness of our holiday and assumed the owner knew about it as it had an attempted repair already, unfortunately we are being charged 155 to repair this. We were not responsible for this!, i have informed Stay Hub however i have received no response to my texts one of the railings on the stairs were loose, the new fry pans were incompatible with the induction cook top so they could not be used, odd marks on the walls and curtains also the large room up stairs had a bad smell and stains around the door way maybe broken pipes in the bathroom. We also had a baby and a toddler with us which was confirmed on booking and no safety gates for the stairwells available. The fry pans were not compatible with the induction stove top so that could not be completely, the waste disposal appeared to not be working also there was no Netflix or children's books available as stated. however apart from the above the location was good, handy to most shopping center's, this would be ideal for a large groups with out small children/babies.
