Summary:
Crescent Villa sits above Palm Beach with calm views, wide verandas, and sun-filled rooms, an easy, relaxed island escape for families and friends.
The Space:
Crescent Villa opens to light, air, and the natural calm of its hillside position. High ceilings, polished timber floors, and wraparound verandas create a sense of space that feels generous yet grounded. The open-plan living area brings everyone together, with a long dining table for shared meals, comfortable seating looking out to the garden, and doors that open wide to the breeze.
The kitchen is well equipped and set up for cooking, with everything close at hand for relaxed breakfasts or dinner after a day at the beach.
The bedroom layout works well for groups. Three bedrooms offer queen beds, while the fourth has a super king that can be split into singles on request. Light filters softly into every room, with neutral linens and a calm, uncluttered feel. Two family-style bathrooms include both shower and bath. A separate sleepout with a queen bed (no bathroom) provides extra privacy for friends, grandparents, or guests wanting space of their own.
Outside, verandas wrap around the home with leafy outlooks and glimpses of the sea. There are places to sit, read, and unwind, a BBQ for long summer evenings, and a spa and outdoor shower to enjoy after a beach day. The garden below is quiet and green, with birdsong through the day.
Crescent Villa is elevated, open, and made for simple, easy days between the coast and the vineyards.

The Neighborhood:
Crescent Villa sits above Palm Beach in a quiet, leafy part of the island, close to cafés, walking tracks, and local beaches.
For breakfast or coffee, Arcadia at Palm Beach and the Palm Beach Store are just behind the sand. For lunch, Three Seven Two and Casita Miro in nearby Onetangi offer relaxed dining with local flavours. Dinner options include Ki Māha on the waterfront or a more casual meal at Charlie Farley’s.
Wineries a short drive away include Tantalus Estate, Stonyridge, and Te Motu, all perfect for long lunches among the vines. For something more casual and family-friendly, The Heke serves wood-fired dishes, local beers, and has a lively garden setting.
Oneroa Village is about ten minutes by car for cafés, convenience shopping, and takeaway options. Little Oneroa and Onetangi beaches are also within easy reach.
Getting Around:
The nearest bus stop is a short walk from the villa along the main Palm Beach route. From here, buses connect to the ferry terminal, Oneroa, Onetangi, and Vineyard Valley, stopping outside wineries including Stonyridge, Tantalus, Te Motu, Wild on Waiheke, and The Heke.
Taxis and e-bikes are available across the island. Walking tracks around Palm Beach and Hekerua Valley offer scenic routes to beaches and reserves. On-street parking is available near the property.
Other Things to Note:
Waiheke relies entirely on rainwater tanks, and water is a limited natural resource on the island. To support sustainable living and protect local supply, especially during the drier summer months, we ask guests to be mindful of their water use throughout their stay.
