The location is great. Room # 30; The room was a bit tired, with a tear in the net curtain. But clean. The bedroom was cold and the heatpump/aircon only intermittently worked (tried for 30 mins to get it working without success. Then it randomly started and stopped, which offered some relief. Unfortunately, this meant the bathroom and toilet was even colder. This wasn't helped by louvre windows in the bedroom/kitchenette and the bathroom and toilet with didn't keep warm air in and cold air out. I'm sure they have better/warmer rooms. But if you get handed a key for #30. Request a different room.

Cheap and clean
The room was clean and tidy, but dated. However it was good value for money. The heat pump kept us warm and comfortable. Some mould spots on the mastic in bathroom but it was clean. Breakfast included was bacon and eggs on toast whivh was basic but acceptable. Nearby Italian restaurant was good for evening meal. Motel very close to Mercy Hospital where I had an appointment.

Was Quite noisy..... but comfortable enough. Short walking distance into New Market and close to Brightside Hospital (which is where we need to be next day) so all in all good accomodation.Odd pieces of furniture out of rooms, just randomly in corridor. Not too pleasing on the eye......could be done much better!!
