Auckland CBD Green Hotels

This is the second time I stayed here and I will definitely return. The views of the harbor are unparalleled. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to the more popular cultural sites. Definitely a keeper.

On arrival from the cruise dock, we expected to have to store our luggage till check in. Our room was already available, which was great. The room was spacious and well equipped. The bed was a bit too soft for my husband. This was rectified within hours of him mentioning it. The restaurant was great and staff throughout the property were courteous and helpful. Our only issue was the touch pad controlling lights, aircon and window blinds. Maybe our age was the problem, as we found ourselves...

Love this place. Feels like stepping back in time but with modern comfort. Bed was super comfy, room was spacious. Staff were lovely. Bathroom and room was clean. Short walk to train station. Won't hesitate to book again

Lovely new hotel centrally located in Auckland CBD. Nice views of the harbour and well appointed room with a super comfy bed. Nice welcome on arrival from Jameica on the front desk and great service from Thea in the Hotel Restuarant. Excellent food ,good portions and obviously cooked by a chef as opposed to a Cook. We’ve tried a number of Auckland CBD hotels and this one is our go - to.

The hotel itself was absolutely lovely and very comfortable. Just be aware that there are extensive roadworks in Auckland and Uber drivers may feel uncomfortable driving directly to the hotel.

Vibe, ambience, facilities and other people staying

Our first stay. The staff were pleasant friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and of good size. Nice walk in shower. Air conditioning unit was quiet and efficient. The complementary continental breakfast was excellent with good variety and barista coffee too. Very centrally located to Vulcan Lane and Queen Street, short walk to the Viaduct. This will now be our go to Hotel every time.

Great, compaq hotel, amenties all very good. Wifi code issuing etc a bit archaic ... need to just make there and avaliable seemlessly, this is 2026.

Beautiful hotel and kind staff with all smiles. Even the lobby smelt amazing. Rooms were faultless and stunning views. Rooftop Bar was stunning and again amazing friendly staff! The breakfast buffet was amazing too and we loved every minute at this hotel. Highly recommended and right next to main shopping street.

Right from check-in, we were treated so well. The corner suite was beautiful, all the furnishings were comfortable & it had a lovely new feel. Our only disappointment was that the suites overlooking the viaduct were all booked, so ours looked towards Sky Tower over the marina. The shower was absolute heaven, as was the bath. The service counter is very friendly with quite detailed instructions. A quiet environment with only birds sings in amazing natural reserve just at back. All new kitchen appliances and fully equipped. Fresh and clean bathroom. Highly recommended for days' escape and short rent to enjoy this brand new service apartment.

Excellent all round would recommend

Rather impressed!! Probably the best airport hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Yes it’s new and the detail in the build is something else. Restaurant VERY busy but staff managed to hold it together and provide excellent service . The food was exceptional!! The only negative is the steak knives need to be serrated, I know minor detail right!! Overall awesome stay.

Lovely room, quiet and clean. Would stay again if the price was right we got a great deal otherwise its quite expensive.
