"It was clean. Well maintained. However there was garbage previous client left in one side f the drawers. The map of the location of the hotel in the reservation email was completely wrong, which made me waste 1 hour after I came to the spot."

"The room was excellent comfortable beds massive bathroom and a mini kitchen if we needed it. Was a bit suspicious of the online checkin process but that too was seamless and easy. Would definitely recommend this for a big groups visiting Osaka. The hotel was near a massive mall and night life area."
