"Check in not clear. We arrived and rang the bell no answer and no mobile number given on the site we booked through but once we contacted the owner they got us sorted quickly and the room was great and the lovely lady who was cleaning was really helpful. Onsite parking which is excellent"

"Had a great stay. Staff at reception were polite and prompt, air conditioning worked a treat. Only slight negative was the bed was a little on the firm side for me, but that’s personal preference. Lovely touch with the hand written note and snacks in the room. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area"

"I really enjoyed my stay here. I was seeing a show at the Wembley OVO Arena, and this was the perfect location, right near Wembley Stadium train station, and an easy walk to the venue. My room was clean and comfortable with a stunning view over the city. I had to do some work whilst there too, and the WiFi in my room worked efficiently. The bed was so comfortable! I had a lovely night's sleep, and the room felt peaceful. I paid for breakfast, which was lovely, although the breakfast restaurant area was very busy, so you may need to consider the time you go. I also ate some dinner at the lobby restaurant, as I was back late, and the food was good, with a good selection of drinks at the bar. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel felt secure as you needed your keycard to be able to get in later at night. One of the lifts was not working when I was there, but I presume this was a temporary issue. Overall, I thought it was a great hotel in a great location, and I would definitely stay here again! "

"Excellent service from check in, to cleanliness, to check out! The staff here is all on top of it! Less than 5 minute walk to the tube station which is on the main jubilee line making it convenient when going to central London. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are incredibly spacious as well. Definitely a great stay! "
