"The staff were very attentive from arrival to departure. The breakfast buffet was very well organised and room was immaculate. We used the pool and even though the Health suite is in the process of a refurb it was all very clean."

"Lovely staff, very helpful . Our room was very nice, but a little bit tired and old-fashioned . That was a tear in one of the curtains and the French window onto the garden didn’t engage down at the bottom thus not locking properly alsowe had a lightbulb out on the wall lights behind the bed. Nothing to spoil the visit. It was taken on board at reception when we mentioned it on our departure. Also have to comment that one of our breakfast was not good for £20 per person. We did report this and they deducted it from the Bill. All in all , we enjoyed our three night trip and will return if we are in the area ."

"This time, the room was very good, so the stay was very nice. However, you really roll the dice here, as the standard is not the same across all rooms, so you can end up with a very substandard room directly next to the motorway, with almost no noise isolation due to very old and leaky windows. But no complaints this time"
