"The room was comfortable althoigh ot would have been nice to have more vegan options for the hot breakfast. The meal we had in the bar, was lovely and the staff very helpful. Wandering around the grounds was very relaxing."

The reception personnel staff member that we met is a credit to this hotel in Harrow. He really understands people and is a role model in this industry. Greasy handprints on wall and worst of all the headboard was THICK with disgusting unknown residues clearly built up over many years with a hair hanging off of it upon arrival… Honestly made me feel sick!!! Apart from that the cleaners did a great basic refresh of room Needs a deep deep clean and a few other improvements but fine if you need a quick cheap stay "
