Our room was spacious, spotless, and well set up for a family stay, which made everything feel easy and relaxed. The staff were exceptional: genuinely friendly, attentive, and especially thoughtful with our little one. Dining was excellent, with great options and flexibility for families, and the grounds were stunning even in winter, perfect for walks. A truly luxurious but family-friendly hotel. "Super option if visiting relatives living in Greenford Quays. Also great for getting into central London in 30 mins via the underground which is 10 mins walk away. It is “just” a Greenford Quay apartment, but they are all lovely and modern. All the essentials are provided: cutlery, dishes, toiletries, towels and bed linen. Would stay again. "
