"Amazing stay at the Hotel G in San Francisco. Took a chance with this one as I usually stay in chain hotels, but this was phenomenal and will definitely be my go to in San Fran in the future. Comfy and spacious rooms, and I love the modern industrial feel with the concrete floors etc. Easy access to everything, including decent / cheaper dining options. Amazingly friendly staff. Highly recommend. "

"The hotel was excellent! Very clean, modern, and had all the amenities required for a comfy stay. The location was very easy to access via public transport from the airport. It’s in the heart of downtown so it’s very easy to walk around to all the attractions that San Fran has to offer. Bonus: it’s right next to the trolley station so you get great access to it. We loved it here! "

"The rooms were clean and relatively spacious. I stayed in a four bed, woman only dorm and the bathroom space was shared amongst us. It was pretty clean. The bunks could be improved with some privacy shades. The kitchen space is quiet small so you are competing for space at peak use times. The general area is pretty unsafe though, I was taking public transport at the start until some person tried to mug me in broad daylight on a busy street. I had to get rideshare from that point. "
