My wife and I were extremely satisfied with our clean and neat room. The staff was very helpful and checked us in quickly. Antonio and Liel were perfect hosts and made sure we had the “right room” for our stay. They’re a very good and efficient service team. Also great location close to every thing, especially the cable cars; shopping and the wonderful Union Square. Macys and Ross are right there.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay in the speckles suite! The huge room was nice for spreading out our things to get ready in the morning, I loved the access to the continental breakfast for a quick snack in the morning and endless coffee! The bathroom is huge, we had plenty of space to get ready for the day quickly. Great location and staff, the room was exceptionally clean. Will definitely be back!

Great central located hotel. Parking is $40 per day so I highly recommend to arrive with the car to the front of the hotel and park there for about 15 minutes which is allowed by the hotel. check-in, unload your luggage and bring it up to the room. Go back to your car and start driving around and using the car before you park it for the duration of your stay. Go see and drive down Lombard street, go to the Golden Bridge Park, drive up to the telegraph hill, drive down to the fishermen word and only then, late afternoon park the car and leave it until you leave San Francisco. The hotel staff were very nice, it was a hot summer day and management sent us to the room a portable AC which was great. Highly recommend the hotel for people who wish to be in the center of it all and love to walk.

Everything was fine, nothing was obviously dirty but it was old and mildly renovated. We stayed in a clean King Studio the bed was soft, room was somewhat spacious with a large smart TV and the restroom was clean with new fixtures. However, there was a stale/chemical smell and the power for the room's outlets is on one switch. There is only one somewhat shaky elevator, refreshments and breakfast treats were provided. There is no additional parking and the area around the hotel is a little sketchy, you shouldn't be out once it is dark...
