"Great location close to Shibuya Crossing"
Easy to find, right around the corner from Shibuya Crossing. Easy walking distance to all of the Shibuya and Harajuku areas, plus the trains. Room is smallish but well equipped. A comfortable, quiet place to relax, yet close to the hustle and bustle.

"AC is the weak link"
The hotel is overall great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, except you need to know about the AC. It had the least effective AC I've ever experienced, and definitely the most confusing. First of all, the AC only runs when you have a card in the slot next to the door. This is common in Japan, but this was the only place where the room felt warm and humid upon returning. But you can put any old card in the slot to keep it working. Second, the AC display is entirely digital and only in Japanese. There is an English manual that shows it cycles between AC, air, dry, heat, but it doesn't actually show you the kanji so you have no idea which setting it's supposed to be on. It took me awhile to lookup the kanji using smartphone translators and verified with the front desk that the kanji that starts with a little hat is supposed to be AC. Regardless of the mode, the AC was ineffective. I tried it with several modes over 4 days and none worked well. The only time the room felt dry was when the temperature was far too cold. It was manageable but disappointing every time I entered the room The breakfast buffet on the 2nd floor was a disappointment - worst of 15 days in Japan. It's not very big, lacks much western, no custom hot options, even the Japanese options seemed weak by comparison. The only highlight was a mango smoothie option. Location is great - 2 blocks one direction to the Ginza shopping, 2 blocks the other direction to the Tsukiji fish market
