"This was our second stay at the hotel and we love the location. Rooms are a little on the smaller side, but beds are comfy and you can't beat the location right on the Teramachi! Staff was friendly and helpful in making a few dining reservations for our 6-person group."

"We really loved this hotel. The room had a proper layout and size of a 4* hotel compared to all other hotels we stayed in Japan. The laundromat and public bath on the 2nd floor gave a home comfort feeling. The coffee and tea spot downstairs is very big and cozy, Distance from Kyoto station is 2-3 min by walk. We used trains and buses during our visit and all were within 3-4 min walk distance. The hotel staff is helpful and does their best to assist their guests. "
