"I highly recommend Hotel de Inglés de y Inglaterra - it's truly exceptional! The view from our balcony was breathtaking, and the location, staff, and food were all top-notch. We celebrated my wife's milestone birthday here and had the perfect stay. We can't wait to come back! 5 stars isn't enough - I'd give it 10 stars if I could!"

"Check-in was not good… my sons arrived at the hotel and for some reason they forgot their passport, but they had other Id documents with them and photo of their passport. The gentleman that was making the check-in was very nice with them and really help with the situation… but there was a lady there, with another guest overhearing the conversation and she started to make problems… arguing that photograph of the passport was not acceptable and that the reservation should be cancel and threatened even to call the police. People like her are the ones that ruin the great experience of booking at a new hotel. Not sure if we are booking again… "
