Fantastic concierge service: Needed to book a bus to Donostia/StSeb for the day but had trouble with the Avanza website (and my poor Spanish) - Virginia set me up the day before with instructions on where to find the bus. Perfect location, very nice amenities. "

"We had a most pleasant stay in Hotel Sercotel Coliseo. We shared a triple room which was spacious, quiet and comfortable and very clean. It housed a mini fridge which contained bottled water and nibbles. Breakfast was included in our stay and there was a great selection of both cooked and continental food. A lovely sun terrace was available for guest use which had comfortable seating, soft lighting in the evening and heaters if required. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout. The hotel is well situated less than 10minute walk from city centre. I would happily stay there again."
