What an incredible stay the attention to detail is fantastic. We came for our honeymoon they were very accommodating and over the top nice. The entire staff is next level. By the way, bar service is outstanding. They care about every guest and experience as well as the cocktails being top notch.

One of the best in San Sebastian!

Overall this was a fantastic hotel to stay in, first the pro's: - very comfortable room and bed - Alejo, the front desk / concierge manager is WONDERFUL. He and his team went above and beyond to make sure we made the most of our stay (set us up with private autos, reservations, great restaurant suggestions, etc) The not so good: - no a la carte breakfast, either pay 90 Euros for buffet or starve - shower leaked onto the ground no matter what we tried to stop it from doing so. All in all, great place to stay, excellent location, exceptional staff.

Worth every penny

Excellent. Everything was great. Hotel is lovely, staff friendly and professional. Check in with Christian was the best we’ve ever had….and we travel a lot. House keeping manager came to introduce herself, and fulfilled every request. The room was spacious and immaculate The lobby bar was very good. Highly recommend this property.

Room is service 3 times daily, hotel itself is ultra high end (it is a luxury collection property), staff are excellent and helpful, concierge was great. Could not recommend more

The room was stunning, but the noise kept us awake most of the night. Lots of street noise. More sound proofing needed!
