Shelter from the rain

Very nice, staff was very friendly and helpful with our luggage transfer. We were cold and wet and the staff made us feel welcome.

We were walking the Camino and it was very nice to have a comfortable bed and a shower with heavy water pressure. Furthermore, there was a clean laundry a block away.

Chambre petite pour trois. Télécommande de la Tv qui ne fonctionne pas. Rideau qui ne se rabaisse pas. Propreté douteuse et sans insonorisation. Environnement sans charme. Suis client depuis des années chez Hotel.com et suis extrêmement déçu, surtout pour un chambre à 145€

Chambre double réservée pour 3 nuits pour randonner sur le chemin de Santiago, étapes accessibles par le topo dont la gare se trouve tout près de l'hôtel. Accueil chaleureux de Dany qui parle bien francais, serviable et de bon conseil. Petit déjeuner continental varié et copieux pour 6€50. Centre ville avec restaurants à 10 mn à pied. Supermarché à 50m de l'hôtel. Hôtel propre et au calme pour bien se reposer apres une bonne journée de marche.

En Expedia parece que está cerca del centro. Pero está en una urbanización lejana. Tienes que hacer medio maratón para llegar a Zumaia Centro. Además, cuando reservas te dicen que no quedan habitaciones doble. Te venden una triple. Cuando llegas, te dicen que sí hay habitaciones dobles, pero que he de pagar la triple(39€ más). A la salida te reclaman los 10€ por llevar perro. Realmente, yo ya había pagado 39 € por ser triple. Pero te dicen que no, que los pagues. Toma el dinero y corre. No recomiendo para nada alojatse en esta bazofia de establecimiento.

Muy buena opción

Este pequeño hotel integrado en la primera planta de un edificio de viviendas es acogedor, confortable i con servicio amable. La única pega es que justo debajo hay las sillas de la terraza del bar del hotel y entre las 07:30 y 08:00 de la mañana las arrastran ( no sé si para colocarlas o para limpiar ) haciendo bastante ruido. Quitando ese solucionable detalle es una muy buena opción para visitar Zumaia o incluso Bilbo o Donosti ya que la estación de tren queda a 4 minutos andando.

Acogedor y bien ubicado

El personal muy agradable, la zona ideal y la habitación correcta, incluso con un balcón con mesa. Los únicos 'peros' fueron una puerta de la ducha rota y el wifi, que no llegaba apenas a la habitación. Fácilmente solucionable todo.

En la habitacion.no funciona ni el secador de pelo,ni telefono,niel televisor,ni sube ni baja volumen y algunas cadenas ,no se ven,avisado el.propietario lo intenta y no.puede arreglarlo y me deja asi de tranquilo,una actitud inexplicable. No volveria ,ni lo recomendare,es una pena pues es ya la tercera vez q venia,y esta muy bien situado.
