Beautiful suite in central location!

Beautiful suite in an ideal central location. It was a little difficult to find as it’s tucked away and internet wasn’t working but it was otherwise a perfect stay for our family to explore this gorgeous area.

Great location, right near the “Old Town” which is the area to be for all dining options and pinchos. Loved our time here during our 3-day stay and the front desk staff was super helpful in providing recommendations, suggestions, or helping answer any questions we had.

Great hotel near the old town

Lovey hotel, staff very friendly, large rooms and the power shower was the best I’ve ever experienced. 5 minutes walk to the old town and 2 minute walk to the boulevard to get buses around the city. Main bus station was only a 10 minute walk away.

The property was well located for the old town shopping and restaurants. The rooms were beautifully decorated and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was nothing to dislike apart from the cost of parking.

Very helpful and nice staff. Rooms are good and clean. Great central location. Only down side is buses wait directly outside your window and drivers don’t turn their engines off and buses run most of the day and night so not able to keep windows open

Perfect suite for visiting San Sebastian

This apartment is fantastic and positioned perfactly central to visit the old town, la concha beach, gros beach and all the cathedrals and shopping areas. Just perfect for visiting San Sebastian. Sandra on reveptionwas extremely helpful and friendly.

Great location, very convenient and very friendly staff. Only downside was a leaky toilet which was somehwat annoying at night. I simply turned off the water overnight.

People make the stay!

The front desk receptionists were the absolute best. They were so helpful when my husband arrived a few days after me, and got him to the restaurant we were meeting at. Also gave me some great insight on the town.

Our stay at this hotel could not have been more perfect. We had a very warm welcome the moment we walked in and had a flawless check in process. The attendant even went over many of the popular eateries, districts, and neighborhoods with us (all pretty much in walking distance which was super nice). We took the bus from Bilbao and the hotel was only a 10 minute walk to the hotel. As it was centrally located, there was plenty to do and see for the three nights we stayed there. We had nice weather on one of the days we were there so we decided to go to the beach, and the front desk offers/loans beach towels! The room itself was very clean and organized; perfect size for two people. Having a fridge was also nice to keep any liquids/beverages cold. The bathroom was also extremely clean and very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to San Sebastián and would undoubtedly book here if I were to return on a future trip.

Close to everything and well appointed room. Pull out sofa was not the most comfortable and sometimes it was a little noisy facing the street but I still highly recommend it. Staff was very kind as well.

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend and could not have been happier. The hotel is very close to the old town area in a very upscale neighborhood. However, it is far enough from the center of the action that it was quiet when we wanted to sleep. The real selling point was the friendly front desk staff who went out of their way to help us with everything we needed. The room was also very clean, well decorated with excellent AC for the few times it got a little hot in the afternoons. All in all a fantastic experience that we could strongly recommend.

Pretty nice stay

This was a nice hotel, but in comparison to the others we stayed at during this trip, it was average. Overall the apartment was spacious, plenty of separation from the kids. But the entry light is on a sensor so it’s easily turns on, I wish we could turn it off. Rooms got really warm, especially the one that had a window open to the interior. A little more care with the cleaning would be nice. But it’s in a quiet location and that was fantastic since we arrived New Year’s Eve. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The parking was far away. Inconvenient to come with a car. the street its very busy. The front desk, nasty. No help at all to stay later and the hotel wasn't full at all. Difficult to find. No sign. Its more that a boutique hotel.
