Your front desk staff in lare noon needs to disaggregate himself from his laptop screen. He did not make my wake up call this am at 6am, but he fid make taxi reservation at 630am. He is too preoccupied and not fully present. Cafeteria staff is sometmes there also. You need to augment staff, they are too overwhelmed.
