"I am a Marriott Lifetime Platinum and I did my due diligence before selecting a location in such a wonderful place of Donostia San Sebastián. The location is perfection! The classic elegance of this property made me feel amazing throughout our stay! The staff are wonderful and so helpful! We made new friends and can’t wait for a future stay! The connection to the La Perla Spa and their services and restaurant was a major bonus! Never change Londres!"

"The place was amazing, extremely comfortable, Anna and Wendy were are great help because my Spanish was very poor. We walked into town both nights for dinner and caught the train into SAN Sebastion for the day. Highly recommend this place"

"Hotel is situated in a very good central location, next to shopping in a nice neighborhood. We were upgraded to a comfortable suite no view but it was ok. The only negative is that it has an excellent rooftop bar that we were not able to attend with our small service animal. "

"Clean, basic room. Comfortable bed, great blackout curtains. Bathroom was very clean with a large shower. Staff was friendly. Great location, easily walkable to the beach, tons of really good bars/restaurants and shopping. The heater was an old radiator that wasn’t the best but not a big deal at all. Excellent value."

"Pleasant helpful front desk . Informative about about nearby attractions and landmarks as well Luggage storage after checkout available . San Sebastián is beautiful and should have stayed longer . Just reserve your dining as certain places fully booked for 2 weeks ahead !!!"

"Établissement plutôt spartiate mais respectant la description donc aucune surprise. Assez curieux de ne pas se voir proposer ni de serviette ni savon... pour une douche assez minimaliste. Pour ces services il vous est proposé à l accueil par serviette 4€. La chambre est propre, et le personnel est agréable. Le prix me semble un peu trop élevé. Satisfait dans l ensemble."
