Everything was amazing. Nice room, staff go above and beyond to meet any of your needs. The restaurant had just recently earned a Michelin Star and the food was fantastic. The spa was great too.

The bed was amazing. It was hard to wake up! The hotel is quite a walk from the main part of San Sebastián, but worth it, as you walk past the beach at the bottom of the hill. The pool area is good; the gym is small but good; the restaurant has an excellent chef; and overall the hotel is peaceful and lovely.

It was no problem checking in, and everything was ok. Not an issue with the room, except it is pretty small. Had to pay 25 Euros for the Sauna, really should be included as it’s quite pricey, in my opinion. Breakfast was wonderful!

Our main issue with this hotel is flies everywhere, at reception, dining areas such as breakfast room, with lack of attention to this by staff. Slow breakfast service and at times sloppy service. The rooms had a bath tub which is unnecessary and for a new refurbished hotel, was a bad idea in my opinion as it cramped the room size. For the overall experience overpriced!

Vackert beläget strax utanför San Sebastián kände vi oss direkt väldigt välkomna till detta underbara nyrenoverade hotell. All personal var fantastisk. Rummet var ljuvligt. Sängarna var väldigt sköna. Maten var jättegod och en fantastisk frukost. Underbart poolområde. Vi stannade tre nätter och njöt i fulla drag. Kommer mer än gärna tillbaka.
