"This is our favorite so far in all the hotel we stayed in Switzerland. The hotel is very chic and the room we got is really nice with a good view of Matterhorn. The room is modern and chic. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has lots of choices in comparison to the last 3 hotels weâve been in Switzerland. I will stay at this hotel again when I come back to Zermatt "

"Absolutely lovely stay in the family suite. The staff stored our luggage for us, when we arrived earlier than expected. The welcome tea was a wonderful surprise, and the breakfast was great. the room was beautiful, and very clean. My kids loved the use of the hot tub and cold plunge. Easily walkable from the train station, and great location downtown!! Would absolutely come back! "

"This location is excellent and the train station is across the street, (I never heard the train). The green line bus stop is about a 30 second walk, while the heart of downtown is located a couple of minutes from this hotel. The rooms were clean and my hostel bed was configured in such a way that it was very private. I would stay here again!"
