The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming, and the gentleman assisting during breakfast was exceptionally kind. I also enjoyed celebrating my honeymoon at your hote it made the experience even more special. I will definitely be back!"

"Really lovely hotel . Everyone working there was so kind and helpful. Great location for exploring Zermatt . Comfortable bed and room with a beautiful balcony / the weather was gorgeous and they even brought me a sun bed . Lovely lâOccitane toiletries plus a free bar of Lindt chocolate in our room which was a real surprise treat . Excellent free shuttle to and from Zermatt train station .
