This hotel was everything I dreamed. The rooms were stunning, beds comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, amazing view of the Matterhorn from our balcony on the second floor. Breakfast and our evening meal in the restaurant were both lovely, with a wide choice for breakfast options. We enjoyed some time in the indoor pool and spa. Everything from the shower to the crackling fireplace on the TV screensaver was just perfection and it helped make our trip to Zermatt even more magical and extremely difficult to leave. Would recommend.

The hotel was beautiful and the breakfast included was a treat! The facilities made so much sense from the ski room being free and easily accessed from the street to lock your gear up and get dressed for the mountain. Bus stations to get to the lifts are close by, we felt this was very well located. The spa and the pool were the cherry on top. We wish we had more days to enjoy the facilities! The view food the matterhorn were also spectacular.
