The staff is excellent and extremely helpful, they are always willing to discuss any issue and were always there to help us. The spa facilities are excellent and very clean. Breakfast was great and the young lady who ran the breakfast was wonderful
We loved this hotel! The breakfast was all organic and delicious. The staff was very helpful and professional. We also had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn from our balcony!
View from our left us speechless, breakfast was amazing, staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel, and would stay here whenever visiting Zermatt
Amazing place to stay! The staff are amazing! Room was beautiful and spacious! Spa area is beautiful. Nice garden area outside to have happy hour. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choices including some made to order items at no extra charge.
Would definitely recommend!!!
A truly phenomenal hotel! The design is wonderfully stylish and captures a perfect holiday atmosphere, while remaining remarkably clean and comfortable. We stayed in a Matterhorn view suite, which was incredibly spacious—watching the golden sunrise over the Matterhorn from our private balcony each morning was unforgettable. Additionally, the breakfast was exceptionally lavish, exquisite, and delicious. The staff were remarkably warm and helpful—Highly recommended!
A perfect stay! From the moment we walked up to the hotel everything was perfect. The location is within walking distance to everything you want to see and do. The overall decor and vibe of the hotel is upscale boutique. The service was amazing. Every morning at breakfast the manager would stop by our table to make sure we were happy with our stay. All the staff was exceptionally kind, helpful and available at all times. We had drinks at the hotel bar; enjoyed the spa, loved the breakfast, ate their restaurant The Stockhorn and it was great! Nicest hotel stay I have ever experienced! I would highly recommend this hotel.
Very charming hotel. The reception staff, specially Katie were very welcoming and helpful.
The hotel is very close to the town center so everything is at most 10 min walking.
Very comfortable rooms and bed and amazing breakfast and food in the stockhorn.
Highly recommended
Beautiful property close to yet tucked away from the main streets. The included breakfast and spa were so worth it! The hotel staff were also incredibly helpful. And if you book a room with a view of the Matterhorn you’ll get one of the best views out there!
Truly a wonderful experience and would highly recommend!
The spa was great on my last day as it was a bit rainy, they have multiple saunas pools hot tub, and a steam room.
Beyond that the breakfast at the hotel was wonderful.
The staff were all very kind and helpful giving me recommendations, having conversation, and helping with requests.
The location is near perfect as well since it’s close to everything but just far enough away from the exact Main Street where you can rest and relax peacefully.
The only thing I had an issue with was with the tv as it was my way to turn down the temperature and it was not working properly and even then I was handed a very nice fan.
Overall a 10/10 experience and would highly recommend!
The staff was first rate from the train pick up to the drop off they covered all of our bases. The views from our room could not have been better, waking up to see the Matterhorn every morning completed an item on my bucket list. Locations was great, although I thought it was far off as the driver took us there, that was only because of the streets he took to avoid crowds. So close to the church which provided a point of direction when we wandered about town.
We had a fairly pleasant stay at this hotel. We had initially booked a junior suite but decided to upgrade to a better room as the first one felt uncomfortable, dark, like we were staying in someone else’s bedroom. The room we stayed in was better, with a good Mountain View and comfortable bed. Breakfast was just ok. The spa also was ok, not one that enticed you back each day. Our biggest issue was the noise from other guests, there wasn’t a day where we weren’t awoken by people upstairs/next door. We would be unlikely to stay again in the hotel, but will happily praise the hotel’s restaurant, which had such great food.
We are on a seven city trip through Europe. This is our sixth stop, and the best. The building is adorable with flowing flowers on every balcony. The front garden is strewn with loungers and tables with large, comfy chairs—plus lap blankets for the chill!
Our room was on the top floor, and our balcony gave us a spectacular view of the Matterhorn. Fine linens, great scents in the toiletries. Best breakfast buffet we’ve had—yes eggs and bacon but also berries and every type of nut and muesli, and thick rustic breads, fresh orange, carrot, and grapefruit juice, cheeses, ginger shots, AND you can order from a menu!
Every time we sat in the cozy lounge or out on the lawn, someone was there in minutes to ask if we’d like something. High recommend.
