"The property was clean, reliable, and as advertised. It's a three minute walk to the downtown area and a five minute walk to the gondola. They provided cribs for our infants and had an enjoyable time. The property managers were very responsive and helpful. The onsite laundry was also a bonus. The only minor complaint is the beds were two twins pushed together, but besides that an amazing property."

"Our first impression was, “Wow, this is a great place!” The decor and accommodations were beautiful and the loft was super cute and fun! The spiral staircase is very narrow but cute! The view from the back was great and it was very quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might possibly need! We would definitely stay here again!"

"Best location in the center of Zermatt. Very comfortable, we loved it so much. We will surely return. The apartment is small yet perfect for two and is well equipped. We can wven see the top of the Matterhorn from the kitchen window, bedroom and balcony. Wish i would own this small yet comfortable place."

"Property is not accessible through road as it is on the hill and no road is leading to there. You have to take the Gornergrat train for one station to reach the property. Ticket cost is CHF17 one way which is quite costly. Flat 16 does not have any view to Matterhorn so avoid booking this one to avoid disappointment. Flat is clean and properly manager is very helpful.
