Absolutely unforgettable doesn’t even begin to cover our stay at Hotel Zermatterhof. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond in every possible way, warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Nothing was ever too much trouble at any time, no matter how small the request. The level of service was simply exceptional and made us feel truly special throughout our stay. The facilities are outstanding: elegant, immaculately maintained, and perfectly designed for both comfort and relaxation. Every detail reflects quality and thoughtfulness, creating an atmosphere of effortless luxury. The location is nothing short of breathtaking. Set in the heart of Zermatt and surrounded by stunning Alpine scenery, it felt like stepping into a postcard, especially at Christmas. We were lucky enough to experience a truly magical Swiss Christmas, complete with snow-dusted mountains, festive charm, and an atmosphere that felt straight out of a fairytale. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The Zermatterhof didn’t just meet expectations, it exceeded them in every way. All the staff are super prompt and friendly, especially the staff handling breakfast, spa who makes me feel very welcomed! Fast check in ans thanks to the staff handling my check in, for the free upgrade. The one bedroom is super nice and big and everything looks so wonderful. Housekeeping is very diligent and do housekeeping twice a day. Breakfast is very good, gym is very good, the whole hotel looks magnificient and grand (wow). Would definitively love to stay in there again, its the best hotel i ever stayed in switzerland so far.

Check-in was poor, we were not picked up at train station as promised. Also, room was not ready, and when concierge gave us room key , again room still needed to be cleaned ☹️. This is one of those properties that you would have regretted not having booked if you stayed somewhere else. It is hard to beat this hotel due its proximity to everything and amazing customer service.
