We picked this hotel because of its central location- we skied in/out at all three locations easily enough. Room was very clean, the view of the Matterhorn was impressive! Their included daily breakfast was delicious, and had many options. The staff was very pleasant- we would stay here again!

My friend stayed last year & we came back to join her in 2026. Check in was fast fast. Bed was super comfortable. Hotel was centrally located in heart of Zermatt, Yet quiet Loved that hotel accommodated us on our last night.
