"It was amazing stay in Zermatt !! Location was perfect to see the Matterhorn and go skiing. There’s no other option for us. Rooms are spacious , clean , enough of spaces to put our clothes, and great kitchen (although without microwave). We also enjoyed fire the stove! "

" Bei der Buchung entsteht der Eindruck, das freistehende Chalet zu buchen. Bei der Ankunft wird eine Wohnung im ersten Stock auf der Nordseite des Gebäudes zugewiesen, wo nie Sonne kommt. Die Wohnung war in Ordnung, aber überhaupt nicht das, was wir buchen wollten. Eine sehr sehr grosse Enttäuschung. Im Internet lesen wir, dass mehr Menschen auf diese Weise in die Irre geführt wurden."

"Das Chalet Alpoase liegt an wunderbarer Lage mit spektakulärem Blick auf das Matterhorn. Um die Ecke hat es ein Geschäft für den täglichen Einkauf. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Winterwanderungen. Einrichtung und Dekoration hätten wir uns für diesen Mietpreis hochwertiger gewünscht. Die Sauberkeit war (speziell in der Coronazeit) grenzwertig. Die Vorgänger hatten sehr wahrscheinlich einen Hund. Beanstandungspunkte wurden speditiv und zur Zufriedenheit erledigt."

"Unique, historic property in the town centre. Very well presented and outfitted. Compact for a family of 4 and some important clarifications below. It is important to clarify that the amenities are really not as described. The pool, hot tub and spa are on the other side of the city centre about a 7 minute walk from the property. "Genau das richtige um Entspannung und ein bisschen Action zu vereinen. Die wunderschöne Aussicht lädt besonders abends ein, um in den Whirlpool zu gehen. Nach einem schönen Spaziergang oder einem Tag auf der Piste ist die Sauna genau das richtige zum entspannen, genau wie der schöne Kamin. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch sonst lässt das Chalet keine Wünsche offen. "Property is not accessible through road as it is on the hill and no road is leading to there. You have to take the Gornergrat train for one station to reach the property. Ticket cost is CHF17 one way which is quite costly. Flat 16 does not have any view to Matterhorn so avoid booking this one to avoid disappointment. Flat is clean and properly manager is very helpful.
