The only niggle was…The weather was very warm and when we first arrived in the room all windows were closed. It heat in the room was unbearable. There was a floor standing fan which we put on straight away. There was also no fridge in the room. I appreciate that other upgrade rooms had a fridge, but I thought nowadays all hotels had at least a fridge for water and other drinks. A small thing that could be sorted as there was more than enough space in the room to put one. It doesn’t take away the experience we had in staying at this hotel and would return."

"We had a lovely night at this hotel when attending one night at the 2000 Trees festival nearby. The girl at front desk was very friendly and helpful. We used the gym, pool, sauna and steam rooms. All were very clean. Our room was soa ious enough for 3 adults. The air con was very welcome in the 30 degree heat outside and the beds were super comfy. We would not hesitate to come back."
