The venue itself is gorgeous — full of character and set in one of the most picturesque areas I’ve visited. The coffee deserves a special mention: it was the best I’ve had on this entire trip so far. Paired with the peaceful surroundings, it made my morning feel perfect. There’s also an amazing walk right on the doorstep, which made exploring the area even better. "What a charming cottage, clean, well furnished, and conveniently located just one block from the River Windrush and the local shops and restaurants. It's a perfect place from which to explore Bourton-on-the-Water. Just one hiccup -- the latch of the washing machine broke with out wet laundry still inside it -- but Dawn was nice enough to take our phone call after 9pm at night, and let us know where we could locate the appropriate tools, and even offered to have a repairman come in the morning. We'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a weekend getaway here."

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the cottage. Everything was well thought out and check-in instructions were clear and simple. It was great to have the village only a stones throw away, yet it was extremely quiet during our stay, even when it was pouring down with rain. Although we had to get some bits for the fire, it was handy to have a shop nearby to get it. Wi-Fi isn’t particularly strong but was fine to get by. "
