"I accidently went to the Minster Mill hotel but, as they are opposite each other and are sister hotels, the receptionist found my booking and directed me. Be aware the road to the hotel is very narrow - but it is a one-way street and takes you back onto the road you left (like a crescent) when you leave."

"A great spa night away! The spa is really nice and well maintained, perfect for a little bit of relaxation. Room was spacious, very clean and very comfortable! Evening meal in the restaurant was also excellent and the staff were super friendly"

"The welcoming staff were amazing and the place is incredible. The dining area was good but could be better. The menu is limited and the service is not very friendly including the greeting at the entry point. Breakfast was self service and the selection was reasonable, however the replenishment was slow and infrequent. There were quite a few guests walking around looking for cutlery and also waiting for fresh food to come out. Not the best experience for dining but the stay was relaxing and amazing, well worth the money. "
