"The room was fantastic - it had literally just been refurbished (had an amazing four poster bed that was very comfortable). The food in the restaurant was delicious and all of the staff were so kind and helpful, special shout out to the lovely lady that prepared our breakfast - she was excellent!"

"Lovely cosy cottage , excellent location for exploring Wells. Easy walk to cathedral and historic town center. Wonderful hotel like welcome with snacks and milk in fridge , bathrobes and bathroom amenities. Very responsive and welcoming host. Lovely little garden around and sunrise in bedroom windows . The pans could do with updating and more variety (pans old and scratched non sick and no pasta/ soup large pot) "
