"Staff were definitely all helpful, kind, welcoming. Breakfast was great, lots of choices, fresh and tasty. Walkable distance to town, though part of the walk is through a run down area with trash spread around, broken glass, old concrete staircase. From the photos I was expecting Dorian House to be a bit brighter and more “finished.” It felt clean, but a bit older, darker, and more quaint. We had prebooked and were confirmed in a room we chose due to it’s bright appearance, colors, big window....

He was so kind and explained in detail how to get to the car park and recommendations around Bath. The room was clean and comfortable.
