"Very good stay indeed. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Supplied an iron. Little critisisms: not enough milk for the tea, asked the staff if they could deal with a fly in our room whilst we were away and they said yes. The fly was still there on our return and the other staff said they didn't deal with that sort of thing. I asked for fly killer and there was none. I ended up killing the fly myself. Not much of an issue but would've been good if they said at first that I had to deal with it myself....

"Stayed here quite a few times. Perfect location, stylish, comfortable and clean with great service - what's not to like? And they welcome dogs which is another plus.
