Location was perfect… I was worried about road noise but it was very well soundproofed. If I had to be picky I would say shame second lift was out of order, but we had fun all squeezing into one lift and chatting to other guests.. even the out of order sign made us laugh! There are lovely products in the room, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and moisturiser. So you don’t need to bring your own. Would have been nice to be able to buy some to take home 😁"
