"Cosy hotel! Small rooms but even as a big guy I found it comfortable and cosy. Nice little bar where you can hangout. Strongly recommend! Worth noticing it's up a long uphill road. Nice walk for me with a bonus view of the cite but in case you have heavy luggage or feel weak it can be good to know about. There are busses passing."

"We felt very safe staying at the Tyndall Villa. This was a great stay. Easy to walk into town if you want to. We walked the canal walk, which was close to the town. Such a great walk with lots of history. Breakfast was also first rate. Both mornings we enjoyed great service and a tasty breakfast. We would highly recommend. "

"The staffcould not be more helpful sorting out our room problem. Expedia sent us a download stating we had a ground floor room but when we arrived no room was available,we needed the room because of mobility issues so very dissapointed with Expedia. However the good people at the venue got us the room we needed next day and were wonderful to us for the whole of our stay. "

"Exceeded our expectations. Spotlessly clean, fantastic facilities, and a fabulous welcome. We stayed in Tufted Owl overlooking the High Street - a bit ‘rumbly’ if a big vehicle went past, but there’s very little traffic in town at night. The noise didn’t affect me at all. Beds were really comfortable and the breakfast was over at The Crown (we were given a breakfast card each) which was amazing. We’re definitely coming back. "

Breakfast (full English) is honestly the best I've ever had at a hotel (and I used to travel for business, all over Europe, so this is a pretty strong recommendation). "We enjoyed our stay here. I spoke to the host on the phone as we arrived early and wanted to parking advice. He was so kind and explained in detail how to get to the car park and recommendations around Bath. The room was clean and comfortable. You can hear people walking around but that’s to be expected in an old home. "
