Likes:-price, clean, food, selection of drinks at bar, staff friendly. Dislikes:-lack of parking specifically information on this (tried ringing hotel but phone just rang out) Some minor attention to detail (waited at bar 5 minutes while member of staff talked to another member of staff, lack of glasses for juices at breakfast -minor issues really.)

Not as advertised. I had requested and told we would have twin beds, we had a double. The shower mechanism didn't work and the staff member said he would take a look, it was never addressed. The room wasn't cleaned after our first day, at breakfast they ran out of things then just didn't bring us what we ordered. The staff were perfectly lovely, but I would not stay again. I will say the tavern was fun.

Liked proximity to family in Wells. DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT THAT THERE WAS NO REPEAT NO HEATING IN THE ROOM IT WAS THE COLDEST WE HAVE EVER BEEN IN PAID FOR ACCOMMODATION

Heating was being upgraded so they gave me a portable heater, which I used a lot. Also I like a real doorkey. My only negative was if I wanted to plug anything in the sockets were at floor level (unless I unplugged the tv). This becomes relevant later in life.
