Good location and friendly staff

Comfortable but a little tired. Would be happy to stay there again. Good location but you need to park in a long stay car park, a five minute walk away.

Great accommodation in the heart of Wells. Friendly welcome, great bar and food options at the pub. It’s a very old building and very characterful. Our room was upstairs in the yard. It was comfortable but dark. It was hot so we were grateful for the fan provided. Coffee and tea making facilities but no kettle in our room. It was eventually provided after asking several times. It was perfect for a city break in Wells as we didn’t spend much time in the room, opting to sit on the cathedral green in the sunshine during the evening.

Absolutely great staff. Welcoming and very friendly. Hotel bar is really nice and great range of beers etc. Unfortunately the rooms need some work. -Shower was cold on second morning -No WiFi in room -Bathroom had sewer smell -Hair dryer cold -People loud outside of hotel in beer garden area in the late evening

One night stay. We arrived an hour early but not a problem. Clean room. Bit dated but tidy and good value for money. Great local beers in the bar and a lovely small city. Breakfast was great. Would stay again

Fantastic accommodation, full of character, cosy bar, very friendly helpful staff. Perfect location for everything to see. Best full English breakfast we ever had. Great value. Highly recommended. We loved our stay at the White Hart.
