Very Laura Ashley 😊 The breakfast was fantastic too. The view from the rooms were of scaffolding but will be beautiful I’m sure when fully updated . Would definitely visit again . If only you could control the weather . It rained the whole time . Thank you "

"I stayed at the Hillthwaite at the end of my tour of Scotland. The luxury feel was throughout the hotel. The room was small but very comfortable and perfect for my needs. The staff - particularly the dinner and breakfast waiting staff - were amazing. The whole place was very well run. The view from the dinning room was breathtaking too. "

"Beautiful hotel in a peaceful location. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. We had a spacious room with a large window seat. Loved the bathroom towels which were big and very thick. The bar and dining areas are very inviting. Great breakfast, cooked to order. Wish we were staying longer! "
