"The house itself was loveley. Very clean and comfortable, and within a short walking distance of Windermere town centre. Ample parking for two cars. However, the house is located in a rather run down area of the town, next to a park where youths gathered in the evening. On two seperate evenings the house was pelted with eggs, and on one occasion an egg was thrown into the house through the open patio doors. "This is a fantastic property only a short walk away from the ferry piers in Bowness. The property has excellent facilities with a modern kitchen open plan to living room, a games room with pool table and chest of board games and outside there is a badminton court, hot tub and sauna. The decoration has had a lot of attention to detail with things like ice machine, wine cooler and boiling water tap installed. Very comfy sofa.
