Host was friendly, and very talkative at breakast in the morning. Facilities were clean, and the bed I slept in was extremely comfortable. The only downside was that you could hear everything from the other rooms, including conversations, television, and other noises.

Lovely B&B

Lovely big room spotless home from home the beds were so comfy had really sound nights sleep. Room had all the essentials and more ☆ The hosts were very friendly nothing was too much trouble Breakfast was superb would definitely stay again

Very clean and welcoming b&b

We had to attend a family wedding nearby and found this place which appeared to have everything we needed. So booked it straightway. The wedding was on a Sunday afternoon so we asked if we could leave our luggage in our room. The room was on the 1st floor (only upper floor). We were shown a very clean room and it had everything. Kettle and tea/coffee making stuff. It had an en-suite shower, toliet and wash basin. All nice & clean with appropriate towels. The owners were very inviting and hospitable making us very welcome. We would definitely go there again if the situation arises.

5* First Time at a B&B too

Very happy with the stay. Tiggy and Pete are very friendly people, when I phoned regarding two queries, Tiggy sorted this out with no fuss and the cooked breakfast was good quality at a reasonable price. The rooms were spacious, the bed was comfy and bedding clean. The windows gave enough ventilation and helpfully we were given a fan should it get wamer (which was used). The en suite bathroom/shower was clean and worked properly even coming with accessories to use (shampoo/showergel). Very happy with our 1 night stay, would have stayed another night if my plans didn't dictate otherwise. Will come again if I'm ever in or around Royston area and will recommend :) Luke E-W

The bedroom was very small. Just room for the bed and bedside tables. There was no where to sit and no lounge which could be used. Breakfast was included in the advert but on arrival this turned out to be cereal toast and tea only. Cooked breakfast was £5 extra! The room was clean enough and the shower adequate but a bit tight for room with no supporting rails.

Our room was small. Basic. Headboards loose kept banging when moved. Squeaky bed. Screws sticking up in threshold plate between bedroom floor and en suite. Dangerous. The en suite was so small couldnt use toilet without banging arm on door frame and sink. A larger person wouldnt have fitted in. Knobs on doors into toilet are too large. Covered them at night so we didnt bang ourselves. Overall not happy with room. Bed uncomfortable too.

The room was very clean and the house is silent. The TV turned on by itself, which is a bit unusual. I enjoyed my time there, and I will definitely stay again if I am in the area—very good host and very attentive to our needs.
