"Clarissa, the new manager of the property, made our stay fun and easy! Our room even had its own patio! She sorted out dinner reservations and transportation so that our stay was flawless. Breakfast was delicious (and huge!), served exactly as we asked, enabling us to get on with our day. I highly recommend this property!"

Good
Not a lot there so mainly business use for local airport etc which was our reason for visiting. However pretty villages in the heart of garden of England. Careful booking taxis etc if required as very booked up esp in MORNING school runs.

Excellent
Westerham is lovely and close to beautiful countryside. Hotel is convenient for airport. Biggin Hill itself is underwhelming.
"Very nice classic and elegant lobby and hotel in general was very comfortable and staff was very nice. One staff member , Flora originally from Peru was very helpful and gave excellent recommendations.
The only part that was disappointing was the breakfast buffet. Same every day and the quality not up to the standards of the hotel. Should add at least one prepared fresh dish like an omelette etc.. "
"Super accessible to anythong london. Internet was great. No breakfast just grab and go for us whole there and ot was expensive. Beds were comfortable and the greatest boews of the tower brodge you could imagine. Blown away at the hotel.
