Communication with the host Claire was excellent and clear and she was very attentive to make sure I had everything I needed. I had a really relaxing stay here recharging my batteries after Xmas!"

"A wonderful tucked away cottage. It has a lovely little garden where my daughter was able to work with the sound of birds to keep her company. We particularly like character cottages and you couldn't ask for more but at the same time modern and so comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and up to date. The main bathroom was great and spacious - and nice to have the additional smaller loo too. Two charming bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. The bathrooms are both downstairs so anyone getting...

"We had a great stay in this lovely little property on a working farm. The farmers were very friendly and obliging. There are so many gardens and houses to visit in the area and we got to the coast as well. We hope to return one day."

"Not the easiest cottage to find since it took 2 attempts! However, once located we were thrilled to find picture postcard perfect home away from home. Clean, comfortable, and well appointed with nice outdoor space. Very easy access to local countryside."

"Stayed over at this property for a ladies retreat. It was a spacious place as described but unfortunately meant that it took forever to heat up and some rooms never got warm. Would avoid in the winter months unless you have a portable heater. The owner did bring us wood for the fire place so used that - very pretty and warm. The place could’ve been better cleaned in our opinion as there was clear evidence of prior occupants (empty alcohol bottles in drawers etc). I think this place would be...

"Owners very friendly. Ideal for children, Lovely outside areas including Romany caravan, Wendy houses, Tennis Court, 2 BBQ areas, 2 trampolines, zip wire, lots is outside seating, duck pond, chickens etc. Plenty of choice, but some of the equipment has seen better days !"

"What a fantastic stay. We chose this property as we needed to vacate our home whilst work was being done, but it ended up so much more than just a place to lay our heads. The location, near the main road was ideal, but actually very quiet, as it was set down a hill. Pauline, the owner, couldn't have been more accomodating, finding extra parking for us and sorting out things very quickly. The location was brilliant, especially for our 2 dogs who loved the peaceful walks in the near vacinity"
