"Clarissa, the new manager of the property, made our stay fun and easy! Our room even had its own patio! She sorted out dinner reservations and transportation so that our stay was flawless. "Not sure what we were expecting when we booked the "Tool Shed" but we were very pleasantly surprised on arrival. Wendy and Ivor welcomed us and showed us around and really couldn't do more for us during our comfortable 3 night stay. We were 2 minutes walk from the King Henry VIII pub where we ate two evenings and a 5 minute walk to Hever Castle both recommended.
If you want something out of the ordinary, a relaxing break and lovely hosts then I can highly recommend this B&B if your visiting this area. We would certainly book it again if we came down this way."

"We had a wonderful break and Priory Barn was perfect for our family gathering; spacious, comfortable and well- equipped. The layout worked really well for us and the pool table was a hit. Paul and Linley were very quick to reply to a query. There are so many fabulous places to visit nearby and the countryside is glorious.One small point - the outdoor sun umbrella didn’t look usable. "

"A gorgeous ancient (C16th?) house in a peaceful hamlet with lovely new floors/bathrooms etc. The weather was hot so our favourite thing was the big wooden table and comfortable chairs outside under a beautiful grapevine, felt like being in the South of France!"
"Beautiful room with almost everything you could wish for. My only gripe was the only mirror in the room to do hair and makeup was in the hall/alcove between bathroom and bedroom. Needed a mirror over the dressing table. However I always travel with an extension lead so I survived. Really would recommend."
